University of Virginia Bans Unconstitutional Campus ‘Free Speech Zones’

For Ricochet writes:  On Friday, April 3, Virginia Governor Terry McAuliffe signed a first-of-its-kind bill that effectively designates all outdoor areas on Virginia public campuses as public forums.
