  1. Mike says:

Reblogged this on makeaneffort and commented:
    Curious.

  2. Shades of Bill Cosby. Is this New York magazine story a turning point or just an anomaly?

    • The Butcher says:

More than a shade. It IS the Cosby feature, with a minor satirical typographical adjustment.

      • But the media won’t pick up on it and build it up. That’s what made me think of it in terms of shades. What are the reasons for this? Well, one is stupidly entrenched tradition to look the over way in deference to a relevant politician. Hillary will be provided with as much teflon protection, as Reagan was, as the media can allow. And Bill, who is arguably relevant in his own right, has amassed considerable teflon.

  3. Yikes!! Only now do I realize your joke. I had not bothered to look at the actual magazine cover. Well, what can I say, the women involved with Bill Clinton could still come out, yet again. In fact, Monica Lewinsky has been back in the news but that hasn’t caused much of a problem and most likely won’t.
