Former Kindergarten Teacher Heather Lee Robertson Accused of Student Threesome

Natalie Musumeci reports: A former kindergarten teacher in Texas is accused of having sex with four students –- two of whom she bedded at the same time, according to reports.

Heather Lee Robertson, 38, who taught for the Hudson Independent School District, was arrested Saturday on four counts of an improper relationship after cops opened an investigation into her sexual affairs with pupils, the Lufkin Daily News reported.

Robertson copped to the sex rendezvous and told police that she did not “require” the boys she slept with to use a condom because she was unable to have children, according to the news outlet.

Before police arrested Robertson, also a former high school teacher, they questioned students they believed were involved with her.

One student told police that his affair with Robertson began after spring break with the pair “chatting and sexting” on Snapchat, the newspaper reported.

Robertson allegedly asked the boy to come over to her apartment to have sex, and the boy asked if a friend could join, the boy told police. Read the rest of this entry »

Writer Who Coined the Term ‘Herbivore Men’ to Explain Japan’s Problem with Sex Speaks Out on Term’s Misuse

The changing concept of the ‘female friend’ in recent decades has warped government findings on male sexuality, Maki Fukasawa argues.

Shehab Khan reports: An author has criticised the media’s use of a phrase she coined to define Japan’s “sex problem” – after the country’s National Institute of Population and Social Security Research published a new report into the country’s sinking birthrate.

“The institute’s latest research found that 69 per cent of men and 59 per cent of women in Japan do not have sexual partners. It also found that 42 per cent of both sexes remain virgins and 30 per cent said they have ‘no hope’ for a relationship.”

Maki Fukasawa, a columnist and sociologist, has subsequently objected to her term “herbivore men” being misued by the press in order to sensationalise the findings.

Ms Fukasawa’s term was invented 10 years ago to describe those males who have no interest in getting married or having a girlfriend but do pursue sexual relationships. Read the rest of this entry »

A 25-year-old Baingbridge High School teacher pleaded not guilty Monday to alleged sexual misconduct with a 16-year-old boy.

“Fuchs’ bail was reduced from $100,000 to $25,000, despite the victim’s mother’s pleas to keep the bail high, fearing Fuchs would try to get in contact with her son.”

Jessica M. Fuchs appeared in Kitsap County court Monday. She pleaded not guilty to charges of sexual misconduct with a minor, communication with a minor for immoral purposes, and tampering with a witness.

“Well protect me as best you can. Remember NOTHING COMES OUT EVER! About anything you have been to my house only once. Lie like you have NEVER lied before. And try to get your mom to side with you completely and say this was all a misunderstanding! And tell the investigator that!”

— Fuchs, in a message, attempting to convince the student to lie to detectives

Fuchs’ bail was reduced from $100,000 to $25,000, despite the victim’s mother’s pleas to keep the bail high, fearing Fuchs would try to get in contact with her son.

Fuchs’ is scheduled to next appear in court on June 9.

According to probable cause documents, police were contacted in late February by a Bainbridge Island High School Associate Principal who believed Fuchs was in a sexual relationship with a 16-year-old student. [KIRO News Video HERE]

“Fuchs also did an Internet search for “how to permanently delete cellphone records” on a school laptop. She also searched ‘Paternity Tests.'”

Police contacted the boy’s parents, and uncovered evidence that the boy communicated with Fuchs via the popular social media app SnapChat.

“Police received a warrant to investigate Fuchs’ electronic devices, and allegedly uncovered illicit text messages and graphic videos that Fuchs sent to the boy.”

At first, documents show, the boy denied anything sexual occurred between himself and Fuchs. However, the boy allegedly later admitted to his mother that he engaged in sexual relations with Fuchs at her home, saying that Fuchs’ husband even walked in and caught them in the act.
