GWINNETT COUNTY, Ga. – Police are hoping someone can help identify two home invaders. They were caught on camera as a woman in the house shot at them.

‘What’s Up Babe?’ Brooklyn Teacher Claudia Tillery Says She Shouldn’t Be Fired for Having Sex With Her 12-Year-Old Student

In her decision, DOE officer Haydee Rosario notes that a DNA test revealed both the student’s and the teacher’s saliva were on the teacher’s comforter cover

Julia Marsh reports: A Brooklyn public-school teacher whines in a new lawsuit that she was unfairly fired from her job for bedding her 12-year-old student — even though DNA, videotape, text and financial records pin her to the dirty deed.

“Rosario also says the student recorded a video that shows his teacher putting her pants on in a motel room.”

Claudia Tillery, who spent her 15-year career at the Stephen Decatur Middle School, wants back in the classroom because a jury cleared her of criminal charges.teach23n-1-web

“Tillery and her young charge exchanged 8,000 text messages over two years using pseudonyms. In one message the teacher texted, ‘What’s up babe?'”

But a Department of Education hearing officer found in April that a “preponderance of the credible record evidence” proves that Tillery raped the youngster — then painted him as a “master manipulator” to duck a criminal conviction.

In departmental hearings, the standard of proof is lower than the “beyond a reasonable doubt” standard required for a criminal conviction. Tillery was arrested in 2011 and acquitted in 2014.

“…the officer sided with the DOE, which scoffed at Tillery’s claims that a 12-year-old ‘concocted a grand conspiracy and coerced her, a middle-school teacher, to ignore sound judgment and to put him into a fleabag motel and give him hundreds of dollars.’”

The mother of two argues in her Manhattan Supreme Court suit against the DOE that she was deprived of due process because the hearing officer used sealed evidence from her criminal case and didn’t give proper credit to her own witnesses.

EVANS, Ga. (WSBTV.com)— A Georgia mother accused of having sex with two teenagers during a party that involved alcohol, pot and naked Twister says she’s remorseful about what happened.
T3LzzXw
Deputies say Rachel Lenhardt, 35, hosted the party and gave drugs and alcohol to her teenage daughter and her friends.

“She was arrested for furnishing alcohol and marijuana to at least two 16-year-olds. That was not just what the AA sponsor told us, but what was told to us was also corroborated by witnesses that were in the home.”

— Capt. Steve Morris of the Columbia County Sheriff’s Office

The Columbia County Sheriff’s Office says Lenhardt’s Alcoholics Anonymous sponsor told authorities about the party.

An AA sponsor unrelated to the case said the organization focuses on telling the truth. He believes that’s why Lenhardt’s sponsor had no choice but to turn to police when Lenhardt allegedly shared details of the party with her.

“We believe in honesty,” he said. “Most likely the sponsor will guide the sponsee to go ahead and take care of the issue.”

The details laid out in a Columbia County incident report are disturbing. The AA sponsor claims Lenhardt opened up during a sobriety conversation about why she lost custody of her five children.

Lenhardt’s attorney released a statement saying that Lenhardt acknowledges that she acted inappropriately and is remorseful. In the statement below, her attorney also says many of the allegations are exaggerated.

“Mrs. Lehnardt acknowledges that due to recent alcohol abuse she engaged in several acts of inappropriate conduct.  Although, many of the allegations are exaggerated, she is extremely remorseful for what she allowed to occur in her presence and is obtaining professional and pastoral counseling to ensure that this conduct is never repeated.  Mrs. Lehnardt intends to fully cooperate with the legal naked-twister-mom-smsystem to accept complete responsibility for her conduct and to fully atone for her actions.  However, at not time did Mrs. Lehnardt sponsor or facilitate a party for underage minors.

Mrs. Lehnardt has recommitted herself to her faith and her family.  She is hopeful that her children, members of her faith and others will learn from her poor example as to just how easy it is for people to exercise such extremely poor judgment while intoxicated.

In regards to the connection this case has with Alcoholics Anonymous, Mrs. Lehnardt continues to participate in and strongly believes in the program.  She truly regrets any negative media coverage that this matter may have had on the organization.”

The report states Lenhardt told the sponsor that she allowed her 16-year-old daughter and friends to party at her Evans, Georgia home with drugs and alcohol. Read the rest of this entry »

The Mormon mother of five is charged with two counts of contributing to the delinquency of a minor

EVANS, Ga. — A Georgia mother faces charges after police say she hosted a party involving drugs, alcohol and sex for her teenage daughter and her friends.lehnardt_rachel_lynn041415_07_38_16_am-1

“While the group was playing, she said she had sex with an 18-year-old in the bathroom.”

Rachel Lynn Lenhardt, 35, of Evans, Ga., is charged with two counts of contributing to the delinquency of a minor.

Lenhardt’s Alcoholics Anonymous sponsor went to police after being told of the party by Lenhardt, WSB-TV reports.

The sponsor told police Lenhardt invited her over for coffee to try to plan her continued sobriety.  Both women attend the same local Mormon church where Lenhardt attends a sexual addiction therapy group.

“Lenhardt also told her sponsor she had shown her daughter pornographic photos, including photos of her and her current boyfriend having sex.”

Lenhardt said the incident started when her 16-year-old daughter and other children were at their father’s home.  Her daughter texted Lenhardt to find out if she could come to her home “to party” with some of her friends, according to the sheriff’s report. Lenhardt reportedly replied, “Come on, let’s party.”

“Later, when Lenhardt was sleeping in her bed, she said she awoke to find someone having sex with her. Lenhardt said she initially thought it was the 18-year-old but realized it was her daughter’s 16-year-old boyfriend.”

Lenhardt apparently allowed a group of minors to drink alcohol and smoke marijuana at her home. The mother of five then told the sponsor she played “naked Twister” with the group in her living room. While the group was playing, she said she had sex with an 18-year-old in the bathroom.

The naked party continued in the home’s hot tub, according to the Atlanta Journal-Constitution. Later, when Lenhardt was sleeping in her bed, she said she awoke to find someone having sex with her. Read the rest of this entry »
